  1. 100% Claim Eligibility

    • Products that are found to be damaged within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a 100% claim.

  2. Exclusions from 100% Claim

    • Discounted or sale items are not eligible for a 100% claim.

    • If a product is intentionally damaged by the customer, it will not qualify for any claim.

  3. Repair Timeline

    • If a damaged product qualifies for repair, it will be returned to the customer within 3 to 7 working days.

  4. Product Delivery After Repair

    • All repaired items will be sent directly to the customer’s address.

    • The store manager must collect accurate contact details (name, phone number, and address) to ensure successful delivery.

  5. Repair Discount Voucher

    • Repair vouchers or discounts are not applicable on discounted items.

  6. Exchange Limitation

    • If the customer is dissatisfied with the product but it is not damaged, exchanges or claims will not be permitted.
