The store manager must collect accurate contact details (name, phone number, and address) to ensure successful delivery.

Repair vouchers or discounts are not applicable on discounted items.

Exchange Limitation

If the customer is dissatisfied with the product but it is not damaged, exchanges or claims will not be permitted.
