At AK Walks, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Exchanges or Claims
You can exchange any unused product within 15 days of purchase, provided it is in its original condition and you present the original receipt.

Items purchased on sale are non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-claimable.
Refunds
We follow a ‘No Refund’ policy on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases, depending on the payment method used.
1. Credit/Debit Card Payments
If an item is out of stock or cannot be processed, a refund will be issued to the same card used for the original transaction.

You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Please allow 7 business days for processing, and up to two billing cycles for the refund to reflect on your card statement.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order any time before it is processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking details. After shipment, our Return & Exchange Policy will apply.
AKWalks reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to:
