At AK Walks, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently.

• Free Shipping is available on all orders above PKR 5,000 across Pakistan.

• Deliveries typically take 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Please note that no orders are dispatched on weekends or public (gazetted) holidays.

Amending Your Order

We understand that you may need to make changes after placing an order.

• You can request amendments within 24 hours of placing your order.

• Changes may include article, size, color, or shipping address.

• Once your order has been verified and processed by our customer service team (after 24 hours), no further changes can be made.

• Any amendments requested after 24 hours may incur additional charges, depending on the nature of the change.

Please ensure that your shipping address and order details are correct before confirming your purchase.
